CERTIFICATION PATHWAY
Foundation Course: Leadership and Management
(Prerequisite to Diploma)
This course is highly specialised and looks at structure, culture and the work of dental teams. Participants will develop their knowledge, skills and role in dental practice management.
On completion of this course, students will be awarded 6 hours eCPD - Leadership and Management, and there is an option to move up to the Diploma course.
Participants will:
- Recognise key aspects of leadership and management
- Understand how leaders influence team culture
- Reflect on good management skills
- Be aware of how leaders and managers influence teamwork
Duration: 4-8 weeks

ILM Australasian Dental Practice Management Diploma

Gain your Diploma with our internationally-recognised Diploma in Dental Practice Management brought to you in conjunction with our ILM training provider, ADAAMA UK affiliate Glenys Bridges Academy & DenTTrack. This course is suitable for Level 3-5 managers and has been tailored to Australasian managers. It offers academic-based learning and tutor support, as well as ongoing support from the ADAAMA team.
