Our aim is to represent all members of the dental administration team, whatever your job title may be, because we recognise that each administrative role is vital to the smooth and efficient running of a busy dental practice.
ADAAMA has been a project years in the making and it’s the first of its kind here in Australia and New Zealand. For years there have been organisations for Dentists, Hygienists, Therapists, Dental Assistants but nothing to exclusively support Dental Managers….until now.
We want you to be fully supported in your role and this was the driving force for Sharon and Renata to change this for Dental managers. We understand the unique challenges you face which is why we have introduced a membership program for you and Australasia's first comprehensive academic pathway for DPMs. We are committed to providing the resources, training and support you need to succeed and thrive as a dental manager, as well as negotiate deals on your behalf with our Affiliated partner program.
ADAAMA Vision
ADAAMA is the premiere membership platform exclusively for dental practice managers and administrators in Australasia. The first of its kind in Australasia, it is an innovative and positive force, adding value to the professional and personal lives of its members by providing unique services and support.
We aim to connect like-minded individuals, to empower and support each other.
We assist with upskilling and training, helping our members to grow confident in their roles and developing into more effective and productive managers, whilst supporting better mental and physical health.

Sharon Lee
ADAAMA Founder and Director
Sharon is passionate about dentistry, having started her career at the tender age of 17. She soon found her purpose which was in the business of dentistry, and after coaching many dentists in the UK on dental business, she emigrated to Perth WA in 2009.
In 2010 Sharon created her first dental business in Western Australia called Resolve – Dental Management Solutions, a successful business supporting practice owners to grow their dental business, employing 3 consultants to support her.
A dream to build her own dental practice finally came to fruition in 2017 having secured premises and building QVC Dental Baldivis from scratch, she took this practice from zero to 3,500 patients in 18 months, with 5 dentists and 12 dental staff. QVC Dental Port Kennedy soon followed, and again was built from scratch into a successful sister practice to QVC Dental Baldivis.
The dream continued in 2020 when she bought an old denture clinic to convert into a 3 treatment roomed dental practice. Employing 4 dentists and 6 supporting staff as well an OHT and a Practice Manager to run the practice enabling Sharon to continue on her path to create ADAAMA
When Sharon is not doing what she loves (dentistry) you will find her on the beach with her 4 grandchildren and her new husband Brett, both invest quality time with the grandies making precious memories.
Renata Emilianowicz
ADAAMA Director
Renata is a qualified dental practice manager, practice management consultant and front desk trainer who started her career in 1992. She completed the Diploma in Dental Practice Management through the University of New England, NSW in 2009 and is also a certified dental assistant.
Renata has been a continual student, participating in several practice development programs and attending many courses and seminars with leading experts from Australia and the US, since 1992.
After 20 years in private dental practices in Melbourne, Renata founded Aspire To Dental (Aspire2d) to assist practice managers, front desk, dentists and their dental team to upskill and develop into highly effective individuals and teams. Her years of experience, skillsets and passion for dentistry and her clients has made her a sought-after expert. She has translated her experience into a workbook training format and now offers the most comprehensive front desk set of modules available .
Renata lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband, two young children and her dog Peppa. She enjoys Melbourne’s café culture, day trips and travelling, enjoying many aspects of her Polish culture and spending time out in nature. Renata is also living with cancer and helps others to find the path to wholistic healing.
Brett Lee
Customer Relations and Member Support
Brett embarked on his journey in the dental industry in 2019, bringing with him decades of valuable experience from his service in the Navy and extensive travels worldwide. Prior to entering dentistry, he had already established a prosperous career in real estate within Western Australia. Brett harnessed his diverse skill set, encompassing business acumen, leadership proficiency, effective communication, and adept management capabilities, to collaborate with dental practice owners alongside Sharon Lee at Resolve Dental Management Services.
In partnership with Sharon, Brett assumed ownership and operation of a thriving dental practice in Western Australia. It was within this role that Brett refined his dental management expertise, using his considerable experience to empower his team, cultivate a conducive workplace culture for individual growth, and inspire peak performance.
As a consultant working closely with dental practice owners and managers, Brett is dedicated to enhancing management principles and productivity. His aim is to create more favorable working environments and elevate overall team performance for owners, managers, and their entire staff.
Leveraging his extensive wealth of experience, Brett has joined ADAAMA with a commitment to aiding our members in their career development and progression. He stands ready to provide unwavering support throughout their ADAAMA journey.
Away from dentistry, Brett and Sharon enjoy family life in WA, with a growing family including grandchildren. Brett enjoys cycling along the coast and bush trails, swimming, loves good and wine, keeping fit and an avid West Coast Eagles supporter!
