About
Welcome to ADAAMA!
ADAAMA exists to support the people who keep dental practices running. We focus on dental managers, practice leaders and senior administrators who carry the responsibility of systems, people, performance and compliance — often all at once.
For years, clinical teams had clear development pathways. Managers were expected to “just figure it out.” We knew that had to change.
Founded by Sharon Lee and Renata Emilianowicz, ADAAMA provides practical courses, ready-to-use resources and real-world guidance designed specifically for dental practice management in Australia and New Zealand.
Our training is grounded in hands-on experience. No fluff. No theory for theory’s sake. Just tools, structure and support to help you lead your team well, build strong systems and run a profitable, healthy practice.
If you manage a dental practice, you shouldn’t have to do it alone.
