We know being in a management role can be a very lonely and isolating because you are neither one of the staff or the practice owner. Who else can you share your concerns and problems with, and who will understand the pressures and expectations?
Our mission is to support all practice managers and build a community for our members to have safe, open and honest discussions. Some days you just want to let off steam and other days you may have a question or concern that you would love to work through with your peers.
And it’s not just support for you in your professional role. We are also passionate about ensuring that you feel supported as a person - taking care of yourself and your loved ones, your physical and mental health.
ADAAMA has a variety of forums you can use to connect with other members and the ADAAMA team.

Join our Facebook Community group for dental practice managers. Get advice from your peers, tips and relevant information. Ask questions and the group promptly respond!

For a more personalised approach to your concern or question, use our email service where we will endeavour to respond to your question within 24 hours.
