Our mission is to support all dental practice managers and build a community for our members to have safe, open and honest discussions. You may have a question or concern that you would love to work through with the ADAAMA team and our experts. ADAAMA has a variety of forums you can use to connect with other members and the ADAAMA team in real time. And it’s not just support for you in your professional role. We are also passionate about ensuring that you feel supported as a person - taking care of yourself and your loved ones, your physical and mental health.

Do you need resources?
We believe your time is better spent working on the business and leading your team, rather than spending hours creating documents. Over the last 35 years, Sharon and Renata have created hundreds of templated documents, policies, letters, checklists etc in their roles as practice managers and business owners. We bring them to you to ease the responsibility of managing a dental practice and build the foundations to a successful dental business. We will continually build our library of relevant resources so you will develop a comprehensive suite of your own practice documents you can easily customise.
Premium membership includes free resources in the growing library such as individual management documents (policies, procedures, checklists etc). If you require a particular document, we will endeavour to find it for you! Receive 20-30% off additional resources such as manuals, handbooks, e-books etc via ADAAMA member's store.

We firmly believe training for practice managers, of all experience and skill levels, builds confidence and empowers. We have a range of training courses and resources to help you develop in your role and as an ADAAMA member you have access to paid and free courses. (Members save 20-30% off paid courses). Our DPM Program and Academic Pathway offer Australasia's most comprehensive training resources ranging from short courses, virtual workshops, training guides and live sessions. Launching in early 2024, the Australasian Diploma in Dental Practice Management, is a formal qualification recognised world-wide.
Premium membership includes free courses (Year 1 of membership courses are 'Introduction to Leadership' and 'Team Huddle'). As you renew your membership each year, you will be granted access to other free courses as they become available.
